Greetings from the Notable National Harbor Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. On behalf of our chapter, it is my sincere privilege to welcome you to our website. Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is a membership organization of mothers with children ages 2-19. We are dedicated to nurturing the future African American leaders by supporting children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic duty. The National Harbor Chapter was chartered in 2010 by thirty-two Marvelous and Magnificent Mothers seeking to continue the rich legacy of Jack and Jill with their children. Today, we have 60+ members committed to fostering the next generation of leaders.
Since our chartering in 2010, in the Mighty Eastern Region, the National Harbor Chapter has continuously demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the objectives of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. I am honored to serve as the 5th president of the National Harbor Chapter. For fourteen years, the Mothers of our chapter have been devoted to providing extraordinary programming activities for our children and teens.
The National Harbor Chapter continues to build upon the outstanding mission our founders established in 1938. Our chapter’s 2024-2026 theme is “Might in Culture, Rooted in Love, Committed to Excellence.” We remain dedicated to nurturing and strengthening children by providing social, cultural, leadership, civic, philanthropic, and educational opportunities. As the premier African American family organization, we must empower all children to reach their maximum potential.
Long Live Jack and Jill,
Rebecca A. Muse, President
